The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the central square. The staff greeted me with smiles, and they were very helpful, especially when it came to storing my bags while I hiked the W trek. The communal areas looked cozy, and the free Wi-Fi in the room was a nice touch, although it wasn't reliable everywhere. The breakfast provided decent options, which was a plus. However, my room could use some updating. it felt a bit worn, and the shower had low water pressure. Overall, it was a smart choice for its central location, but the condition of the room was disappointing.

The central location makes it easy to grab supplies and access local shops.
The breakfast selection is limited and tends to run out quickly if you arrive late. Rooms have an outdated vibe, with noticeable wear and tear. the shower has low water pressure. Wi-Fi is practically nonexistent in rooms, only marginally usable at the reception, and the noise from the street is disruptive, particularly for those above it.

We loved how the manager kept the breakfast plentiful and always had a smile on her face when interacting with us. The hotel offered cozy lounge areas and a lovely garden to unwind in after a day of adventures. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't take away from our overall experience! 😊

It was just a smart choice for a short interlude in Puerto Natales with fantastic value. The bathroom was very clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. Check your cash carefully when paying, as they prefer specific notes.

Excellent central location, just a short walk from the waterfront, makes it easy to explore the area. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the staff's eagerness to assist was impressive. However, the room had a worn feel and could use some updating, which was disappointing considering the overall charm of the place. Additionally, parking could be tricky during peak times, adding to the hassle of managing your vehicle.

Not the Best Experience
I stayed for two nights in a standard double room but had several issues. The heating in the room was poor, and the bathroom heater didn’t work. The breakfast selection was limited, and both cash and card payments had unexpected extra fees. Check your cash carefully!
